2. VISA, Master Card, American Express, Debit, Bank Transfer, cheque or cash are all accepted forms of payment. Cheques are payable to The Massage Pro.
3. Dealer Application Form must be filled out accurately, once application has been processed The Massage Pro will send you a quote by email, quantity will affect pricing. Shipping and Handling charges will not be included in quote and will be added once order has been placed.
4. Once order has been placed shipping and handling charges will apply. Shipping charges are generally affected by size, weight, volume and form of transport. Larger quantity has better rates, shipping will be provided by UPS.
